The Autumn Heights Condominiums are managed by Z & R Property Management. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month, when a $20.00 late fee is imposed. The Assessments cover all exterior maintenance in the Community, landscaping, management and all water. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. All homes have either (1) or (2) car attached garages with driveways of various sizes. Spaces marked as GUEST, are for guests/visitors only, no resident parking in guest spaces is permitted. Board Meetings are normally held on the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Association's Clubhouse. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
